Murter is a beautiful Dalmatian island connected to the mainland by a bridge, at the entrance to Kornati National Park, 30 km from the national park Krka, between the old Croatian medieval towns of Zadar and Šibenik. It is surrounded by sandy and pebble beaches near the pearl of the Adriatic, Kornati. Murter is full of gastro and coffee bar offers.
Villa Mila is located on the hill towards the sandy beach of Slanica. The villa has an extremely functional layout and consists of two apartments on separate floors with a separate entrance that provides the necessary intimacy for the guests. Each has a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen combined into one unit, terraces, two beautiful bedrooms and a total of three bathrooms. From the lower floor there is a view of the pool and yard, while from the upper floor there is a view of the sea and the Kornati Islands.
In front of the house, there is a large covered canopy, a pool measuring 10 x 3.5 m, and an area for deckchairs in front of the pool. In the basement, there is a massage tub, an infrared sauna, a relaxation area and a gym.
The entire property (680 m2) is fenced and offers great privacy. Possibility of parking up to 4 vehicles in the yard. The house is fully adapted to the needs of a larger family or a group of guests.
